Sheila is good and fast in her response.  She truly understand our needs and the urgency to hire a helper.  The FDW profiles that she shared across are those that have relevant experience looking after old folks and worked in SG before. Had a very good experience with Simply Care especially with Mrs Sheila. She was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process of getting a helper for our household.
There were quite a few things that I was unsure about, but Sheila took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. Whenever I contacted her regarding any concerns, she was responsive and always tried her best to assist.
I really appreciate that she does not make you feel like you are just another customer. She takes the time to understand your household needs and gives practical advice based on her experience. This made the whole process much less stressful for us.
Even after the helper arrangements were completed, she continued to be helpful whenever we needed clarification or assistance. It is really reassuring to have someone experienced and approachable to guide us along the way.
